George Orr is a senior leader with 25 years of experience scaling global service and revenue organizations in the Saas, AI and Professional Services sectors. As Chief Operating Officer of George Jon, he oversaw a 70+ person team, led three consecutive years of exceeding revenue and profitability goals while also modernizing the company’s operating structure and introducing a customer success framework. Previously, George spent fifteen years at Relativity, where he led global customer success, support, solutions, training, documentation, IT, and cloud operations across multiple continents and helped establish the company’s SaaS foundation - RelativityOne, now known as Relativity aiR. George has consistently been recognized for transforming complex organizations, elevating customer experience, and building scalable operational frameworks that drive sustained growth. George also enjoys vacationing with his family, coaching his son's travel baseball team and trying new foods.
